Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that aids to bring balance to the body’s energy systems and promotes an improved sense of wellbeing, relaxation, and stress relief. Reiki practitioners are trained to channel this energy through their hands and transfer it onto the client using light touch in different areas of the body (no touch can also be used if preferred). During our session, you will lay down on a massage table in a relaxed position while I work in the front and back sides of your body. All Reiki sessions will begin and end with a brief verbal check-in on how you’re feeling and what you would like to focus on during the session.

You are able to add up to 3 therapeutic grade essential oils to your in person Reiki sessions.

Because Reiki is an energy healing practice, as described above, the transfer of Reiki is not bound to physical time and space. This means that Reiki can be sent and received at a distance, and does not require physical touch in order for it to work. Reiki is an intelligent and high vibrational energy that goes where it needs to to provide healing. All Distance Reiki sessions are held via ZOOM. In order for you to get the most out of your session, I advise that you be in a silent and comfortable space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session.

AromaTouch is a gentle, yet powerful, healing touch technique that promotes relaxation, elevates mood, provides immune support and aids with stress management. An AromaTouch session uses 8 specific therapeutic grade essential oils applied on energy meridians in the client’s back and feet. The session provides a blissfully grounding experience, and you leave smelling amazing too!

Cacao is sacred heart medicine for the indigenous people of Central and South America. Cacao has been used in shamanic ceremonies and rituals for thousands of years. A cacao ceremony is meant to be experienced through the senses. As with all other ancestral plant medicines, your connection with cacao will be uniquely your own, and your experience with her may be different every time. My Mayan teacher says that Ixcacao, Mama Cacao, has come out of the jungle at this moment in time to heal the hearts of many. In this ceremony, we will connect with this feminine plant spirit, allowing her to gently and lovingly open our hearts.
